My personal experience of here has been good , nice coffee nice cake/muffin nice roll/baguette . I take my dog here sit peacefully and customers usually pet my dog . Made welcome , served quickly so far no problems

Poor service, only one girl serving. She was efficient and did her best, but other staff members refused to help. What they don't seem to realise is that when a customer orders a very complex drink, the queue builds up.
