I recently had a very bad experience at the Banstead shop with a barista who was extremely difficult and had a terrible attitude. I?ve contacted Nero?s customer support team several times in the past four weeks and I?ve had zero response. Staff must know there?s no repercussion when being rude to customers.

Service, coffee and food are all of good standard, but sadly this is one of those coffee shops that allows dog owners to bring their pooches, as soon as there are two or three it's like a bad day at Battersea dogs home. I understand that there are responsible owners with well behaved dogs, but sadly this is mostly not the case here. Go elsewhere if you want a peaceful tranquil atmosphere.

It seems to be a problem with all Nerd shops: I'd have thought that making a cappuccino was their business, obviously not! I think we need a protest group fighting for a decent cappuccino!
