Choice of food within the m&s is good but the staff always seem to be on their phones when you visit and certainly do not provide the service you would usually get from m&s staff. It has got to be the hardest forecourt access a petrol station can have; it's tiny. For me, queueing to get on a pump is the only measure of a station. The upgraded station with an M&S food looks great, but is very highly priced compared to the equivalents a short drive away in the village. Schweppes Lemonade £2.69, but in Banstead village £1 - crazy, and pretty much no deals to make up for it; I also find the selection a bit predictable and after a couple of visits... read full comment
