This is the worst boots! Customer service is appalling and the pharmacy team in particular are lazy, rude and slow, third visit there in the last month and every encounter has left me raging. If you hate your job leave! Don?t let it show to your customers you have a job to do, provide service!!!!

I am reviewing my first & second visit to Boots Banstead to collect an online order & then submit a prescription.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE1st visit 06.11.23 early evening.The shop was empty so I walked to the pharmacy counter close to the only member of staff I could see. As the male staff member was busy sorting something but facing me I waited until he had finished & was ready to acknowledge my presence. He looked up, raised a finger & said "wait one moment" then went to serve the customer who had walked in after me. A young women then came out & was again busy. I politely explained in a loud voice that I needed to collect an order. She said I needed to join "that queue" pointing to were the original staff member was serving other customers who had all queued up after me. I joined the queue despite being the first one in the shop. When it was my turn to be served there was no recognition or acknowledgement that I had been told curtly to wait whilst he served others without asking why i was queuing. Once it was my turn he was abrupt & curt....no apology.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE2nd visit 08.11.23 early eveningI queued (first inline again) in front of the female staff member behind the pharmacy counter who was busy sorting. I allowed an elderly lady to jump in front of me as she had to get back to her car in the car park. Once she had been served the female member of staff asked the lady behind me if she could help. Thankfully the lady had manners & allowed me to present my prescription. No acknowledgement from the staff member that I was actually first in the queue. Unfortunately my dentist had forgotten to stamp the prescription. This was pointed out in a curt manner & my polite query was answered whilst the staff member had turned away & had her back to me.Despite the fact that I had myself worked a 10 hour shift I was polite & courteous to both staff members which cost me nothing. I will be returning to the cheam village branch who are polite & fair when serving customers.

I didn't know some gift cards can only be used online and the cashier also seemed unsure. I wish the staff were a bit more knowledgeable.

Decent service when you physically go in to the shop. I have had trouble getting in contact via phone when I've needed to check something eg whether they have my meds in stock, but I did manage to get in touch with someone today and they were helpful, so I have increased my rating to reflect that.

The staff on the Pharmacy section, all three of them, offered brilliant customer service this morning. I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.

Shop staff very friendly, as for the pharmacist, very bad attitude,disgusting the way she treats people ,talks down to them,judges them in front of other customers, overides doctors prescriptions,rude and obnoxious, and a high and mighty attitude, one of many customers going elsewhere, really a shame her duty of care ,and customer service is non existent, otherwise lovely helpful staff,

Phone rings and rings then it's cut off needed answers before travelling in unnecessary. No Boots answers phone tried all times of opening hours.

It's probably the same everywhere at the moment due to supply issues but hardly any No7 skin care in stock.I bought what was available but couldn't even get the rest online as it was sold out.The lack of staff is another sign of the times with the queue getting longer behind me and feeling under pressure to shop as quickly as possible as people are impatient....however No7 is kept behind the counter for security reasons and I do like to bulk buy so it all adds up to a very disatisfactory shopping experience...
