Bit unorganised and the man at the till (I’ve only seen the same one working there) is very miserable and unwelcoming

I popped into Boots Banstead this morning and had a genuinely great experience. Fahad one of the staff members were warm, helpful, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to answer my questions and made sure I found everything I needed.

Unpleasant man on till, I can agree it’s one of the worst boots you’ll find, the man was so ignorant, he couldn’t even pass me my parcel, left it on the floor! Will shop elsewhere now.
