Weather was hot. No air conditioning and the fans circulated hot air. Hard to sleep due to this. Front of house though was spot on. Very helpful.

The staff were brilliant, service and parking were good. my family and i stopped a night before going on to thorpe Park, but we went when it was very hot and the rooms had no air-conditioning, but the staff put
fans in the rooms . It was a good stop over but very humid . Thank you all .

Staff all brilliant. Room clean, quiet and fresh. Breakfast starts as table service , later it coverts to a buffet, top quality, fresh and great portions. Will stay again.

We stayed here on the Saturday night of a Bank Holiday weekend. The room was up to the usual reasonable standard - no frills facilities with a desk, comfortable beds, kettle with coffee and tea, clothes hangers and shelves, hair dryer, bedside tables and a couple of chairs. The bedroom and bathroom felt pretty clean.
Breakfast for an additional £10.99 was served between 7am and 11am (last orders 10.30am). It was an eat as much as you like self-service set-up. When we arrived, admittedly close to 10.30, what food remained out was going a little dry under the heat lamps and the bread a tad dehydrated. It tasted alright, but was all fairly underwhelming.
All-in-all, you know what you're going to get at a Premier Inn. This one was no exception. A comfortable night's sleep, average breakfast, but no big gripes.

Friendly staff on reception. Booked us in and let us know where our rooms were, she apologised that they weren't near each other, which wasn't a problem for us. She even booked us a table at the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, towels and tea station provided. Extra pillows can be used in the wardrobe. There were also fans in the room and a heater so you could make yourself comfortable. Also, a hair dryer is available in the room. There were some vending machines just off from reception if you needed a drink or snack, but I didn't use so, so I can't comment on prices. My only grumble is that the USB sockets by the bed didn't seem to work, but there are plenty of sockets accessible to use.
