Love this garden centre

Cafe quite nice now but we always go to fast checkout I had two items to pay for but my husband had a trolly and was made to go to main till as assistant standing there said baskets only . There was no sign . My husband did say it doesn?t say no baskets . As I walked away she went up to the assistant that just served me and mimic my husband saying ? It doesn?t say no basket? In a stupid voice. you don?t talk about customers behind their back and then she let two trolleys through and I said to her you?ve just let two trolleys through oh yes, but they?ve got less than eight items I said either No trolleys or less than eight items what?s it to be? Not very happy about my experience today at?

Visited you yesterday for first time since cafe reopened, very comfy but sadly we did wait quite a long time for our food to arrive. Sitting in the main part of restaurant was very noisy especially for my friends with hearing aids, acoustics in large spaces is a constant design problem. However your staff are all cheerful and helpful and it will always be one of our favourite places to visit.

Lovely garden centre and plant choice is vast. It's cheaper to travel here to buy plants then anywhere local to me

This is the first time I have visited your cafe since it re opened .
It is2 pm and you do not have any scones available . I asked specifically for cold milk with an americano and hot milk arrived . When I asked why some of the cakes and pastries for covered by cling film and some not . I was told some have been freshly cut . Which I don?t know . Surely all food should be covered to protect them from flies, people or children touching them ! When I put the milk in my tea it curdled ! The tap water supplied was warm .I don?t think I will be returning !

Lovely garden centre, staff generally friendly and helpful. It?s certainly quite expensive, but that?s fitting for the area. Also come here for breakfast quite a lot.

Very busy parking, and very busy inside for good reason! Went to get flower arrangements and the signs were easy to follow to get where I needed. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and generally amazing
