Used Ken for years for all car body work requirements. Couldn?t recommend enough. Goes out of his way to be helpful and always at a good price.

Absolutely shocking work went in for work on the A pillar and clearly didn?t mask properly got paint on the roof and when trying to remove burnt the paint off the roof came out worse than it went in refused to fix roof now the job is twice as big all the experts I went to said the bubbles in the roof where caused by heat he denied any wrong doing and the a pillar also isn?t smooth and has flecks of paint stuck in it worst body shop ever.Don?t do it ! And rude and evasive I wouldn?t even trust him to now fix it !!!

Avoid at all cost? this man ruined my pride and joy!Ken attempted to repair a small area of paint on my car?s A pillar.Upon collection I was horrified at what I saw.Grooved badly sanded paint which had been lacquered over. Overspray in the door shut on the door,.bonnet and whole of the passenger side!Worse than that now all the lacquer on the roof was bubbling and had been burnt off next to the badly repaired area.He said he couldn?t be held responsible for paint removed by masking tape (obviously a blatant lie) and refused to repair it!He said he would attempt the A pillar again or I could just have the keys, seeing the car was now ruined I took the latter not wishing him to inflict more damage.The inside of the car was thick with sanding dust and sprayed with white polish. When I opened the door the trim fell off! I complained that now the whole roof would also need painting? he said it?s not my problem ??I have had a quote for the repairs which are now £1000. Take heed people stay well clear this man is a butcher who?s rude and unapologetic.I could have done a better job with a rattle can, absolutely useless.

Very disappointing experience. After being recommended by a friend and an initial positive interaction, I was pleased with how things started. It wasn't long however before things started to go downhill. My job was only small but nevertheless, Ken said he would sort it. After 6 weeks and several missed completion dates I decided to ask when he could commit to doing it. The response was "I don't want to hear it, come and get your part if you want" and the phone was hung up. An incredibly unprofessional response to a legitimate and polite question after several let downs. Needless to say, I won't be using them again and nor could I recommend them.Service: Painting
