Had an extremely upsetting experience at Tesco Express Ashtead. I was aggressively shouted at by a male staff member demanding ID before I’d even finished speaking. When I tried to show digital ID (as its all i had on me and never been asked in this tesco before) he refused it rudely and continued raising his voice.
