We rented a property in ashtead for 7 years. We left in October 22 because the owner was saling the property. We are still waiting for some of our deposit. Every time I call they don't pick up or return my calls. They have sold the house and have left us in the dark.

I can thoroughly recommend Jackie and her team. If you want a personal, professional, experienced, local service with a friendly ear at the end of the phone when issues arise, look no further. I have worked with Jackie & co for over a year during a complicated sales process and latterly as a landlord. The team never gave up and I have eventually managed to sell. The whole team, on both the sales and letting team always go above and beyond to give a fantastic service. Zack, Liz, Suzie, Beverly, Jenny, Caroline to name but a few and of course, Jackie who orbits and makes sure it all heppens! Thanks once again to all!

DO NOT USE this estate agent. I?ve been humiliated, laughed out down the phone and they got my name completely wrong in correspondence after speaking to them for over 2 weeks. So unprofessional in this day and age of good customer service. Im STILL waiting for a phone call back 3 weeks on?
