They had a disappointing attitude to resolving a fault with the Amazon (Hermes) returns service equipment. On asking about how they could restore the service (perhaps by calling Hermes for support) I was told, to paraphrase, it's not our problem and "we don't care about customer satisfaction". If they aren't prepared to take even the most basic responsibility for the service, then don't host it.
