Fail management. I order food from ubereats.com they took over 1hr 20mins. The staffs don't understand English and delivery driver sit in car like idiot for 20mins. Buy1 get 1 free means one large portion split in 2 but pay double.

I had lunch at Thai Go and was really impressed. The service was amazing?everyone was so polite and welcoming. I ordered the Chicken Green Curry with steam rice and it was honestly one of the best I?ve had. The curry was creamy, full of flavour, and had the perfect level of spice. Everything tasted fresh and homemade.
It?s rare to find such good Thai food around Heathrow?this place is a hidden gem. I?ll definitely be coming back!

Our go to Thai takeaway spot, always on point, never ever lets us down. Apart from when they took the corn cakes off the menu :( but that?s just cos they were so good!! ?

The Thai red duck curry is so delicious, full of flavoursome duck as well as veg and lots of Thai red sauce. Egg fried rice is fresh and actually contains lots of egg!! Some places are conservative with ingredients but not here. Really generous portion sizes, prawn toast and vegetable spring rolls are delicious. Staff are really friendly and always smiling when I go in to collect my order. My favourite Thai place in Staines.

I just had a pad krapow gai (stir fried basil chicken) and asked for it Thai style with extra fresh chilli and a fried egg. It was excellent and enough for two people in the one order costing only £8.30. I'll be back time and time again. Thank you for being authentic and happy to adjust to taste ?

This is ridiculous. I don?t normally write a review but today I thought I?d order some takeaway for lunch tomorrow. I?ve ordered a ?stir fried sweet Basil with BEEF? - I think you may have left my beef somewhere because there was NONE!! I?m not vegetarian, but there is all tons of veg in there?

When the food arrived we noticed an insect in the food, we was offered a refund and free meal next time , i wouldnt eat there again but my husband called back for free meal and manager refused, customer service very poor wouldn't recommend

food was rank, ordered egg fried rice but was given normal boiled rice, batter was soggy. the sharing starter plate was shocking it just looked deep fried and unappetising. i wouldn?t get from here it was just overall pretty gross.

The frankly worst experience I have EVER had with food delivery in London or ANYWHERE ELSE.Uber accepted the order at 6:15 for 6:50-7:10 delivery.At 6:50 it was noted to be out for delivery. Please note that I am 10 minutes away from the restaurant.At 7:10, Uber prompted me (repeatedly, about 20-30 times) to ask the restaurant for an automated update. They never provided one.Uber prompted me to call the restaurant as they were using their "own delivery staff". I called them.3 times.An international cell call from my USA cell.It rang more than 20 times each time.NO one ever answered.I spent the next half an hour scouring the Uber app for some way to contact someone. I went up against the "call the restaurant, your order is almost there, it's out for delivery" lies many times before I was able to use the chat.That guy repeated the platitudes until I told him no one answers the call. He tried.He tried more than twice.And then, MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER THE FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. he just canceled the order and that was that. No consideration other than they won't give me a penalty for canceling.THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PENALTY FOR CANCELING.But they sure will let this nest of thieves masquerading as a restaurant stay on this app.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Vegetarian options: They will never actually bring you any food.
