Had a wrong order this evening (06/08/25) as the app somehow changed the sandwich upon sending through. I had an email with the correct sandwich on and matching order number so not sure where it went wrong but went back into the restaurant pretty close to closing and the person working sorted it out straight away. I really appreciate it as I know it was late to sort out but it was no problem. I didn't get her name, but top level service tonight :-) thank you.

Asked for a gluten and wheat free sub, all was okay up until they went to put the tuna mayo on, they used the same knife as they use for the normal subs and put it back into the tuna mayo, so if there?s anyone out there like me who can?t have gluten or wheat stay away from the tuna mayo as it?s contaminated with wheat and gluten. I would strongly suggest that all subways start to use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the tuna mayo and then you can use different knives when needed and this would stop any cross contamination.
In the end we didn?t eat there and decided to go else where, as I see it that if you can?t get it right the first time and I?m pretty sure I wasn?t the first person with a gluten and wheat disorder to order from there, so why should I trust them and put my health at risk.
Would I try again? No I wouldn?t!!

I had a great experience at this Subway The store was clean, and the staff (the lady)was friendly and efficient. My foot-long sandwich was fresh and delicious, with crisp veggies and perfectly baked bread. The meal deal was a good value. Highly recommended for a quick, tasty meal.

I went in there the person was giving me attitude and she asked do you want double you want double cheese and she didn't say it charged you I asked for cheese ham cucumber and sweetcorn but instead of that she gave me girkings and there was this weird green stuff I all most through up really bad won't be eating there

The bugget went on floor as i soe and they put with everything els from the floor with anorher fresh made buggets. They adding new taste on the menu - crunchines from dirt. Discusting... how they past hygiene training or something thats handles the food. I asked why putting from the floor with everything els. They didnt sed nothing just remived random bugget. Its not right.
