I visited this mcdonald's on a Tuesday morning now I and all I can say is that I think the staff where still asleep I got to the mcdonald's about 6.45am and went inside to place my order
Yes I was ordering for myself and my family so I will say there was a little bit of food but wow the time it took to sort out pancakes and breakfast muffins was a complete joke i did not place any special orders just bacon and egg and sausage and egg
Yes the drive through was starting to get busy but not what you could sidder jam packed
The hash brown where roasting hot so that was a positive
But overall for what should of been a simple order in and out to far to long

I have been doing a job close there and I used uber eats mc donald from this store.In 16 orders 12 times I had missed items.i had to go to to store to collect again sometimes I called them.They should change all staff.

Although the restaurant was quite. The drive Thur was busy. Placed my order on the digital menu and customised the burgers I want to. Paid and went through very quickly. I went up to the collection point when told to by the monitor. The manger on duty thought I wanted to order something and ask if I needed any help. He was going to ask a member of staff to take my order but I said my order on the screen to collect, which he was actually just getting together right then. As I was taking it away I ask for the drinks to be placed in a bag like they do do deliveries. Which he did. Normally I would use Ubereats to order and deliver. But. The drive was easy and the time spent at McDonald's was painless, quick and very pleasant. As always I check the older before leaving as I always take something out of a burger. Was all correct ? When I got the food back it was still hot and was way faster then ordering it from Uber and food was definitely much hotter.

I bought a wrap and they threw it together like they couldn?t care less. It looks like a present someone already opened, crushed, and chucked in the bin. That?s what my wrap looks like ? total laziness from whoever made it.

There?s an Asian cleaning lady who constantly cleans around customers while they?re eating, and she keeps closing off areas for cleaning. It makes it really difficult to enjoy a meal upstairs, as she creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. It feels more like you?re in her way than a welcomed customer.

The shift manager Muhammed on 30 July 2025 around 6pm went above and beyond in honouring some coupons that the mcdonalds branch would not accept. Thank you Muhammed for your service and kindness

Women told us wait on the side and we?re playing music on a saturday night and she was very disrespectful saying the police have been called and apparently the neighbours have informed the police bare in mind that 2 cars behind were playing music and screaming and she?s playing us saying the number plate has been registered DO NOT COME HERE !!

After ordering through the touchscreen we waited for our simple order for half an hour, they messed up my drink instead of orange juice I received Apple. Then after arriving at home hungry and tired we have realised that not only one of the burgers were missing one of the chicken nuggets had a gray hair on it which is disgusting. You think of McDonalds as a big fast food establishment meaning a decent hygiene standard but NOO! The poor gentleman waiting with us had ordered well before us and was left waiting even longer they even took his number off the screen and he had to ask multiple times about the status of his order! Ashford McDonalds should be ashamed of themselves ??

Sumera Bhanu this employee when we asked tissue to her behaved rude and when we try to speak she is threatening us saying my manager will support me you can do anything. Such a bad attitude lady will never go to Ashford branch again
