My recent attempt to secure an appointment at Doris Nails shop Ashford was met with a disappointing response. Despite their claim of being fully booked, I couldn't help but notice an empty shop, which raises serious doubts about their booking policies.This refusal to accommodate me, citing being fully booked, feels disingenuous, especially considering my previous experience at the establishment. During my last visit, not only was the service time-consuming, but there were also multiple errors made during the nail application process, leaving me dissatisfied with the results.The justification for refusing a booking due to "taking too much time" seems ironic, considering the prolonged duration of their service and the mistakes made during my previous visit.It's concerning to witness such inconsistencies between the shop's claimed booking status and the actual availability, coupled with a lack of accountability for their service quality.Potential customers deserve transparency and honesty in a shop's booking policies and should expect consistent and satisfactory service. Regrettably, my experience at Doris Nails Shop Ashford fell short on both counts.I DO NOT recommend using this nails salon, as their booking policies might not align with their actual availability, and the service quality has been inconsistent and STAFF and OWNERS are very rude and arrogant.

I had recently gone to another nail salon and my nails were very brittle yet I heard about Doris from a friend and honestly one of the best experiences I have had. The people in there were so welcoming and asked exactly what I wanted at all steps to make sure I was happy. I had basic white tips square shape and haven?t been any happier with my nails.Service: Acrylic nails

I did visit this salon a few weeks ago and made some super beautiful nail.I got so many compliments on my nails that I never had before. Even I need to refill it now people still make compliments and asking where did I go. I visited Doris nails yesterday and I will be making this my new regular nail salon.I think it was the best nail salon treatment I have ever had. All the staff are lovely, professional and give that extra added value that I have never gotten elsewhere.My SNS nails are perfect, I love them.Prices are competitive to others in the area, plus a loyalty card.If you are looking for a great nail salon this one is it.Services: Polish removal

They can?t do SnS so if u need it done don?t go, they blamed it on me saying I didn?t understand, I have been having SNS for 7 years they ruined them I paid them in full but I wouldn?t go back.They are all rough and shape underneath awful ?
