So firstly to say the staff here are great - very friendly & always welcomed with a smile.HOWEVER - the greed from the franchise owner is outrageous. Today I was told they've increased their prices again (3rd time in just over a year). So last summer an oat flat white was £3.35, then they upped it to £3.60. Then in May this year they again increased this to £3.80 (this is the territory of independent specialty coffee in Central London), and this morning when I ordered was told they'd upped it again to £4!Real shame to have to go elsewhere now as the staff are lovely, but £4 for a mass produced flat white coffee in Ashford High Street is insane.

Wheelchair accessibility: Although this Costa outlet is wheelchair accessible, help is needed to open the heavy glass shop door. They also have a disabled toilet, but this is used by everyone so can get rather unhygenic for a wheelchair user. Staff here are polite and friendly.
