Due to a national shortage of my son's medication, I had to search further afield to find a pharmacy with stock left. After calling over 50 pharmacies, I managed to get his medication at this branch. Simran was courteous and professional but most importantly she was kind and understanding, I'm so very grateful for her help in a stressful situation. Working in this sector isn't easy, pharmacists and pharmacy dispensers are essential in providing health care to our communities, but are often overlooked for their hard work and don't always receive the recognition they deserve. Thanks again Simran!

The attitude of some of the pharmacy staff is disgusting. All she seemed to care about is closing for lunch break. They couldn't be bothered was the attitude I got.

I believe they should learn how to handle a computer and look for a prescription properly in order not to send the patient away. Even if I gave her twice the DOB she insisted the NHS no, is nothing like that I have that number written on my face. I have told her that they just completed the prescription and sent it to this pharmacy and still didn?t want to double check. Waste of time and she seems to be irresponsible.

Never answer the phone, always getting medication wrong and the attitude from the staff is arrogant as well as their lies show boots on going professionalism.You can never make contact with them, disgusting, I would recommend people complain directly to Boots head office rather than wasting your time attempting in store to the manager who just wants to tick box's and ignore the issues.This organisation has been terrible at delivering the prescription service in every store that I have attempted to use over many years and they should have their licence to prescribe medication removed.As such I am starting a parliamentary petition to have their company licence revoked until the whole organisation can provide a level of service that it should.

Terrible service and getting worse. Last 4 of 6 prescriptions all taking longer than 3 days to complete.Prescriptions taking 5 days to process now, with no updates or progress given to an expected completion.Will be leaving Boots and having all my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy.

Terrible service. Got an alert to say my prescription was in on Thurs. and arrived to collect at 5:35 on Sat. The girl servicing me had a very bad attitude from the get-go. She actually asked me what I what meds I was picking up - which was none of her business but after the second time I ended up telling her. Then she said she couldn?t find it and told me to come back tomorrow because she was closing in 5 minutes - even though it was 5:45, and they close at 6. She then said it must be misplaced and told me there was nothing she could do and Refused to look any further for it. I told her I needed my prescription and asked for a pharmacist to fill me another prescription. Again she said no and to come back. Meanwhile another woman who had her coat on (I think an actual pharmacist) came to help and looked in one other drawer and found my prescription right away. The girl then became even more rude and wasn?t apologetic at all. Unfortunately really bad attitude and service. I?ll be looking for a new pharmacy.

Staff is very rude. Not at all helpful. Keep telling to come back to collect your prescription. Untrained and rude staff.

Absolutely awful! Said my childs prescription wasn't there and had been dispensed somewhere else just because staff are either too stupid or lazy to look at the second item on the list (yes people can have more then one prescription especially when they are sick!). After a second visit collected the medication to find it wasn't made up correctly and had leaked or spilt all over the box and bottle! Thanks wasted medication (approx £110 a bottle) and a sticky mess! Store manager is unhelpful and argumentative! Only saving grace for this Boots is one make employee. He's well in his 30's I would say and will spoken. He's very friendly and helpful. Would be a better store manager.!

Once inside Boots Church Road Ashford, I was immediately berated for not having mystic powers and knowing which way the queue to the window for pharmacy collections, even though there is no signage, on reaching the window and explaining to the person serving I was collecting the prescription for someone else, and they had called the day before and was informed that it was ready for collection, I collected the prescription and on delivering them their medicines we found out that only half the items were in there, truly shocking experience and unfit for purpose, if you ask me.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to! I have to go here for regular meds as its my closest pharmacy. They're always SO slow! I worked in a boots pharmacy for years and myself and other dispensers I worked with were never as slow and unhelpful as the staff here. There will be 5+ members of staff working in the pharmacy but only 1 will be helping patients, dispensing etc. When they finally serve patients they take a good 15 minutes just to find or dispense their prescription and its ridiculous! They close the store between 1-2 every day for lunch which pharmacies are not supposed to do, the pharmacist needs a 1 hour lunch by law but the store is supposed to remain with the pharmacist checking off prescriptions ready to hand out to patients. Between 1pm-2pm is a prime time for many patients to collect their prescription. They NEVER answer the phone either! It's frustrating when you're in a rush to go into a pharmacy, see a line of people literally queuing out the door, 5+ dispensers/pharmacist standing behind the counter just chatting and not dealing with the patients that are stood infront of them. The staff have no urgency what so ever and are extremely slow! If there are 4+ people in front of you you have to wait MINIMUM 1 hour, this may sound dramatic, but I have been to this pharmacy 20+ times and every single time there is a queue that takes way longer than necessary to clear.
