This food was really disappointing. I didn't remember it being like this as a child and I suspect the supply chain and ingredients have changed since then!
I had a plain burger and you could tell there was more bulking agent and seasoning than meat in the patty! My children refused to eat it (and they aren't fussy eaters!)
The chocolate milkshake originally tasted of banana and toffee - presumably the last milkshake from the nozzle. The nice server gave me a new one which tasted of a chemical chocolate. The food was really disappointing.
The servers were really nice and the atmosphere was as to be expected for this type of diner. It's a shame the food was such bad quality! It's a shame
Dietary restrictions: Allium allergy - the plain burger catered to my allergy and the chips weren't oniony (which they can be if they don't change the oils regularly!)
Kid-friendliness: The server was very sweet with the kids and gave them a lollipop at the end.
They provided a laminated game with dice and tokens for us to play with whilst we waited.

Just moved to the area and was excited to see a Wimpy Restaurant! Hadn't stepped in one since the 80s in Glasgow. Back then, they did the original and best beanburgers, but I had The Great Wimpy Breakfast instead since it was 10 am on a Sunday morning. It was waiting-service and the place was spotlessly clean and bright & modern. Background music sets the tone of a lazy Sunday. The staff were attentive and friendly. The service was quick. When the food arrived, it was a good portion size, hot, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The sausages were, too. The bacon was very tasty and delicious. My cafe latte was piping hot and made to perfection. This will now be my go-to place for me to try all the items on the menu! Thank you, Wimpy Addlestone, a bargain at £11.55.

Visited Horsham Wimpy and the staff were so attentive very polite extremely quick friendly. We had a laugh. The whole place was electric and almost full. Well done staff. They ALL had a ? smile highly recommend the Horsham branch.

Haven't been to a Wimpy for years, very clean and very nice environment. Amazing service that the expensive London restaurants could learn from. Food was excellent.

A bit of a nostalgia trip for us. We'd not been to a Wimpy for a couple of decades. There are not any wimpy near where we live. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant place to eat. The Staff are amazing . Very clean. My only negative is the price, slightly too expensive.Kid-friendliness: Staff are always helpful. One time we were going in there for a coffee with a wheelchair and the manager came straight out and helped us. That was the only place we could find that would let wheelchairs in. Amazing
