Toolstation is always great for getting what I need quickly. They?ve got loads of items in stock, and the click & collect service is super fast - often ready in minutes. I also really appreciate their no-fuss return policy, which makes the whole experience even better. Solid place to shop for tools and DIY bits.

I was wondering if some of the staff were only rude to me, but after reading the reviews, I realized that they have been rude to many people. It's clear that without sufficient knowledge, it's almost impossible to make any purchases. I hope someone in charge reads these reviews and reminds the staff how important it is to be friendly and approachable.

Went to a few plumbing merchant's. No luck .untill I met a young man called Ryan .He tried to help as much as he could and we both got frustrated. Then he came up with a great salutation to the problem .Thank you so much for all your help..we need great service people like you .10×10
