I called The Games Room Company and also visited them to get advice on moving a Duke Box purchased from them. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Whilst moving the Duke Box we encountered a problem. I called them late on a Friday and within 15 minutes an engineer called me back and very quickly resolved the problem. THANK YOU Mark and Henrietta.
What has been reassurancing is the fantastic after sales service.

Purchased an American pool table from The Games Room Company. Great communication and they delivered and set the table up quickly. Thoroughly recommend these guys. If you get a chance, do visit their show room in Surrey there are some great boys' toys to be seen...

I got a prompt reply from really friendly staff with solid advice. Unfortunately I live in the Republic of Ireland so import fees can add up but they were also very informative about that.

Brought 2 Classic Jukeboxes from Alex over the years from 2014-19. Both restored to a very high level and Warranty service very good. Can highly recommend games room

I have dealt with the Games Room for years and have always found them to be professional, helpful and highly skilled! Mark's knowledge of pinball machines from the 60's, 70's and 80's is legendary - he has serviced my Evil Knievel machine many times!
I find some of the 1* reviews on the site disingenuous and not sure I believe them.

Promised delivery last week of January, no update and no delivery. Avoid using this company as you will be disappointed unless of course you wish to wait nearly 2years for delivery after making full payment!
Ordered a jukebox and expected delivery to take a while but have been waiting 66 weeks already only to be told there is STILL a delay. Poor customer service and care and payment made in full! Be aware

Unfortunately, as per other reviews, I also seem to have been a victim of being scammed by this grubby company. I ordered a foosball table seven months ago with a 12-14 week delivery window. Nearly eight months later I?m still waiting, having been either ignored or fobbed off with ?it?s nearly ready? emails. Customer service is usually non existent, but on the occasions that you are responded to it?s just nonsense and waffle to retain your order and string you along a bit longer. I have now tried to cancel my order, only to be effectively told that I?ll be unlikely to get a refund (despite what their T&Cs say). We?ll see. I will review again when I have more clarity over my refund. I already suspect it?ll be another one star rating.
To add to this, there?s some interesting information on Companies House about this company. They are listed as an active company but have filed dormant accounts for at least the last two years. Seems fishy that they haven?t declared any income, expenses, assets, liabilities etc. Also, it appears that the payee name on the transaction is that of the CEO (more fool me!) and that he has flitted from being an active director or not over the last few years. Clearly there is something not right with this and there appears to be a history of financial trouble or inactivity. They are VAT listed but it?d be interesting to see whether HMRC have seen any of that if it?s gone to, what appears to be, a personal account.

I paid a deposit of £7500 for a jukebox. After many months they went completely silent and ignoring my messages and calls. Still no refund or jukebox so left no other option then to start legal proceedings. This company is a joke.

Ordered a football table 6 months ago and was told that it would be delivered within 6 weeks. Still no delivery and when requesting a refund, there was no apology but I was referred to the T&Cs which apparently state that refunds will take up to 28 days. I should have asked for interest for the 6 months that they had my money without delivering the goods. To be avoided at any cost!

Company drama, we ordered foosball in February 2023, they were supposed to be with us after a few weeks, to this day we have not received the foosball, . At this time the company does not respond to emails. The company avoids contact, is unprofessional, untrustworthy, I advise you to avoid from afar.
