Great place to stop over when visiting family down south. Very comfortable beds, always a great night sleep, breakfast is available with a great choice for vegetarian and vegan.

Stayed here for one night for a wedding at the beginning of August. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave good advice about parking and made the check-in process easy. The room was clean and as you?d expect for a premier inn. Breakfast was good and location was ideal for where we were going. For the price this was a great choice!

We stay at this place whenever we are visiting family. We live in Cornwall now but visit family in addlestone on e a year. The staff are fantastic..if I could give 10 stars I would! They go above and beyond. Phillipe and Yvonne stood out especially. Thank you for being so welcoming.

This is one of the worst Premier Inn hotels I have ever stayed at. Although centrally located and quiet, these are the only positives about this hotel. I have visited this hotel approximately 4 times within the last month as a joint guest and always find a problem, either with the room or facilities overall.
Rooms: Rooms are not cleaned properly, the carpets don't appear to be regularly cleaned and general wiping down and dusting is overlooked.
Another issue is the fact the the windows in the room do not open so when the room becomes too hot, there's very little you can do other than put the AC on, but on a warm day, you want to be able to open the window and get some fresh air flowing into the room.
Noteworthy details: Key cards constantly not working. You go out and come back and the key doesn't work so you have to go down to reception and wait for them to reset it.
On one occasion we entered the room and immediately noted the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Someone had been smoking in the bathroom as there is no smoke detector in this space.
There appears to been a real staff shortage as sometimes you don't see cleaning staff until after 1pm. The cleaners look fed up and miserable as well as front of house staff because guests always seem to be bombarding them with complaints about one issue or another.
Unfortunately the company are at a distinct advantage because there is no other hotel in Addlestone, everywhere else in the local area consists of B&B's - the hotel needs serious competition because the service here is abysmal and they don't appear to want to improve.

Very poor stay this time.. have been here a few times but this will be the last.. keys cards constantly being re submitted.. presence in room even though do not disturb on door and no request for room service to find cards moved.. asked the question and told housekeeping just checks in.. they don't do anything but they might if your in.. Come on, really. What are we? Stupid!!

The staff was rude, was talking to a staff at reception, about the room being not ready when we had arrived. she simply said we don't have enough staff and walked off with attitude. The other lady did the same. Absolutely appalling service. Will not be using this site again for my trips.

The rooms were good. But the breakfast was very poor. Had to visit the hot plate 3 times, before I could get my breakfast. Only 1 person cooking using microwave to cook all the food. When I did get mine the bacon was hardly cooked. The microwaved eggs were snotty. The black pudding was barely cooked and slimy in the middle. The only thing cooked properly was the sausage. When I made a complaint to the manager,he smiled and walked away. Do waste your money on there breakfast. So I have put a complaint to premier Inn. Just to have a generic answer saying we will look into my complaint. Still waiting to here from them. £22 pound for two breakfasts wasted my hard earned money. Also had to visit reception 3 times because key cards keep failing. The worst premier Inn I've ever stayed in.

Terrible Staff members of these hotel.
I booked this hotel for a week and unfortunately I didn?t able to checkin on the checkin date. I did tried to ring to inform them. No one answer the call. I tried 6-7 times. I also informed one of my collogue (who was already in the hotel) to inform them about my situation. When he did one of the staff member said ?Dont worry we have got his booking with us?. The day I checked in I was told they dont have my booking because I didnt show up on the 1st day. When I explained them everything all they say is ?sorry?. Really??
Very poor co-ordination between there staff.
