Don't ever order from the addlestone branch food was ready 40 minutes before it was picked up by uber so asked for them to be cooked again was told no by staff which they said manager had instructed them to say after that call it turned up 45 minutes later stone cold then the uber driver was also a twat and not interested this isn't the first time it has happened but branch not bothered with sorting issue out won't order ever again

Couldn't refund delivery if I came to collect...

Papa John's is a company that truly does not care about customer service.
I've had many problem free interactions with this branch but I once had a delivery guy who couldn't find my address so didn't bother, they said they'd refund but didn't, luckily I paid with PayPal. Little things like damaged sauce pots which aren't worth complaining about because you know they'll do nothing at all about it, even though they cost nearly 60p each!
We've had pizzas arrive with next to no toppings before, complained, got credit, went to use said credit only to be told they're no longer going to honour it because we didn't order within the month!
All that and the cheese in the stuffed crust is 20 percent the quanity it used to be...
It's such a shame this company do the tastiest pizzas, because they know that and they know they don't need to do a thing more than the bare minimum

This place is a joke! I talk to this lady for ordering two margaritas and two pepperoni piazza and they said they can?t do it in 30min! She was saying they need 2-3 days notice! They think they are mitchellen star restaurant?

Food arrived cold and they are not using proper delivery services with the insulated bag - beware that food may arrive cold - I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order issue at Papa John?s. The store manager was particularly dishonest, falsely claiming that I was offered a refund if I returned the incorrect item. This is completely untrue. I was only offered a replacement in exchange for returning the pizza, which was never communicated during my initial complaint. Instead, I was told to discard the pizza and contact customer service for a refund.
The arrogance displayed by the manager is astonishing and reflects poorly on Papa John?s as a company. It is appalling to be treated with such contempt and accused of dishonesty when the fault lies entirely with the staff.
Additionally, I am perplexed as to why Papa John?s relies on third-party services like Uber Eats for deliveries instead of using their own trained staff. This outsourcing seems to contribute to unacceptable mistakes and delays in resolving customer service issues.
This experience has been a complete farce from start to finish, and I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I demand that my refund be processed immediately and that the conduct of your staff be addressed to prevent future incidents like this.

Avoid at all cost.
Ordered food online - waited over two hours for them to deliver with no way to get through on the phone and the pathetic 'track your order' which didn't update and kept showing food was being prepared.
No update or contact from the store. If they were honest I could have ordered from somewhere else.

Diabolical! Ordered from Addlestone store at 6.20pm for ASAP delivery, still waiting for it at 8.07pm. Almost 2hrs to receive a stone cold pizza and missing desserts. Last time we'll be bothering with Papa Johns Addlestone now they've got useless subcontracted delivery drivers

First Papa John?s pizza experience and we were not disappointed! Absolutely amazing pizza and fantastic team working hard there. Chap who served us was so patient and helpful and ensured we got the best deals/value for money. Extremely reasonably priced and our order fed all 4 of us with more than enough leftover for tomorrow?s lunch too!! Vegan options aplenty and the vegan hot dog & jackfruit pepperoni toppings were delicious! We heard it was the best pizza ever and we definitely agree! Will highly recommend getting a collection from the Addlestone team and can?t wait to return next time we visit as it was a highlight of our holiday! Thank you!!
