So long as you don?t come across Howard in the queue you should be alright! There is never music playing loudly and the staff are brilliant.Apart from being able to have a giggle each time I go in, I know I will get great service and knowledgeable advice.I?ve seen the staff deal with painful people professionally and move through a queue as quickly as they can.If you?re looking to move your account t to a place where they care then you can?t go much wrong than move here.Even Howard still banks with Nationwide so it can?t be that bad!A.

I've never felt the need to comment on a visit to Nationwide, but this was bad. Loud radio atation blaring out in a bank is unacceptable. Staff fine, if slow, and not helped by the line of people asking stupid questions they could easily sort out on their phone.

Really impressed with the staff in this branch. Really helpful and knowledgeable about their services. It's a small branch offering internet banking and personalised financial advice.The branch can get very busy at peak times. There is an ATM available outside the branch. Inside, there is a trolley where you can donate to the local food bank.

Asked them to put sam cash on my account.One of the accidently started to write my account number in £ value what I would get on my spendings. Pitty for me, they realized what was happening. Haha.A branch I would suggest.
