The lady who helped me was lovely. I was not feeling well but think her name may be Laila. She did explain everything about the new accounts and answered all questions. Do use this branch, not impersonal like the bigger branches and a good experience.

The only banking service left in Addlestone - very grateful and thankful. The staff are always friendly, helpful and obliging. Excellent customer service.
