Food is almost always cold which is a shame because it?s quite tasty. Recommend the pizzas if they are warm, service is great.
Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage roll is really dry so don?t really recommend, but veggie food is quite inclusive.

Popped in for a quick bite before driving back to Brighton today and found the selection to be very anemic and virtually disappointing. Question I first thought is, Is it really worth a Greggs being here??Not only is it small and puny, but walking up to the counter, the staff member buggered off and went on her own merry explore of the store before returning and then deciding to do some service.Well purchased a cheese and bacon turnover (had to mention it twice as staff member didn't understand what I wanted), and a apple Danish.Now when I visit a Greggs or a shop like this, I decide if I return based on the quality of products purchased and if honest, the cheese and Bacon was going hard and the apple Danish was dried out slightly. This indicates in experience that the shop is either baking too many, too quickly.. Or it isn't that busy as an outlet.As a final thought, to date this has to be one of the worst Greggs outlets I've had the pleasure to enter.Next time I'm in the area for work, I'll grab a snack out the back of my van and have that instead.. Makes it more appealing now I come to think of it..Parking: Limited spaces with 30 minute restrictions in enforce.

On reading the one and two star reviews this branch of Greggs seems to be very badly managed. I shall bypass this branch until I see some valid comments about this place . Greggs have a good reputation on the whole BUT the ADDLESTONE BRANCH seem to be intent on changing that. Come on Greggs management earn you wages and get things sorted.

The store is small but staffed by rude staff who are racist, discriminate and not friendly. If you want to go to a shop where you are discriminated because you are not white come here for all your food or suprise bags. Absolutely Appalling.
