So i can understand it may have been busy in the shop, but i ordered my food and it arrived cold about an hour and a half later, In one of the boxes under a pizza was a metal oven tray? Also i called about an hour after our food was ordered wondering where it was and the guy answered heard my complaint and then left me on hold sooooo?

Pizza took over an hour to arrive (2pm on a sunday). Had to reheat. Cookies were burnt and delivery driver had his music on full volume right outside the house.

i ordered the pizza they took to long and the email me they say we are sorry to take to long u will send u free pizza bye this code and i call them they say sorry go to website and make it from there they didn't help me they didn't do anything to get me free pizza really bad service shame on u guys never go back to there

Awful, always seem to have problems here! Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 was correct & the other was a medium for sure but the person in store swore they made them both large & then hung up like I don?t have a choice. Also forgot our drink. Not good customer service at all

I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Called the store, they told me I should expect a refund in 5 days. it's been a month and nothing of it! honestly horrible.

I've had trouble before with this store, but had my lunch delivered by a very polite lady, who made efforts with me to talk about our pet dog. She was extremely polite and the food was here within minutes of ordering. A massive turn around from previous experience of the store.
