Very ignorant and rude staff, mainly from a certain lady. Attitude for no apparent reason. They need to learn people skills or get a different job.

Anytime an order is placed only the expired products are sent, grocery items are always received with mold on them which is completely unacceptable

Friendly staff but as with all mini Co Ops, lack of variety (I know, it's mini but what is the point) and the prices are expensive.It's no better than any other corner shop for popping in and picking up one or two things.

This particluar CO-OP has been getting progressively worse over time to a point in where even trying to purchase essentials is becoming an impossible task. Shelves for most product lines are continuously baron. Appears to run on skeleton staff on most of the time so therefore deliveries just sit in cages for extended periods. This is a busy convenience store which appears to not be able to cope with the demand which is not a recent issue. Perhaps the executives from the respective society, in this case the CO-OP Group, should investigate this stores failings and at least provide support rather than just ignoring the problems it's facing.

Went in today to grab a few bits. Santa was there. Giving all the children a gift. It was so lovley, staff laughing and joking and children super excited. Well done co op for spreading some Christmas cheer.

Ideally located for those living in New Haw. Provides the usual range of supermarket items, at reasonable prices. Parking possible in the area.

Co-op convenience store is just that, situated just off a roundabout with a lot of through traffic it does get busy at peak times. Not really enough parking spaces for the size of the store particularly during busy periods. The store produce is fairly good for the size of the store and fairly priced. Self serve check out tills are available and the staff friendly and efficient. There is also a post office counter in store fully manned.
