When i take my girls in they are always welcomed with open arms from the manager . They love going here and this is one of the very few charity shops that are keeping their prices cheap to make it affordable for everyone.
Me and my little girl had such a lovely time this morning and when I asked a question the manager was very helpful and friendly in response ?

We have been coming here since 2016 and it has been one of our favourites. We have always given good quality stuff which has been greatfully received by very friendly charity ladies.
Unfortunately on our last visit we had to suffer 2 unprofessional females who treated us with contempt.
We will never be coming here again.

The amount of donations they threw away in public view from their Bagshot shop speaks volumes about the people involved and running this chain of shops! I would not donate a single penny to this charity! (some of my donations were amongst the disgarded donation dumped behind the shop) Attached are the children's donations abandoned in full public view behind their Bagshot shop! There is another charity shop 200 yards up the road from these dumped items that would of willingly taken them. Also, one of their male trustees used my personal information without my permission which is actually unlawful! They also shut their Bagshot shop and lied to the public claiming there was a big health and safety issue when many residents know for a fact there wasn't! Shameful

Good luck trying to donate stuff. I don't have a car I carried 2 heavy bags down there and it was refused cos its after 3 though website says 4. I have to bin the lot as too heavy carry home.
