Very good experience buying a BMW 1 series in white! Found the car on autotrader, called up the dealer and asked if I could vist and see the car in person.Showed up the next day, and was met with open arms! Car was left for us to have a good look around to make sure everything worked. I then asked to take it on a little test drive so to confirm everything was in good working order.After visiting the car, I then went away and a day later was back buying the car!Everything was so easy and staff were very helpful in answering questions and just making the whole experience a pleasure.I also love that I now have a place I can also take the car for MOT /Servicing too, makes life so much easier!

Very disappointed to join the masses in saying problems with the car I purchased, after 6 months of driving put into bmw for a service to be told bodged jobs have been done and required £5000 to fix it.. also required a new tyre as part of spoken agreement but couldn't get this sorted also, messages ignored once money has cleared.

Bought a bmw, after driving unfortunately discovered a fault. Arj motors came and towed it back to the garage, I was kept informed when it was on site and parts were sent for testing. After spending a good amount of time attempting to repair they were honest that they wanted to spend more time fixing it so the return of the car was accepted for a full refund. This was all handled very professionally in person.
