Beyond rude service. I asked about a product in their other store, the assistant who dealt with the request made a call to the other shop, and without updating me regarding the outcome walked away continuing chatting on the phone about and left leaving me stranding at the till, I felt very awkward . Thank you to the lovely other assistant who came to my aid and explained they would be in touch.Therefore I will no longer be requiring the item.

The order arrived rapidly and well packed, but unfortunately it was not quite what I ordered. I emailed and asked what had happened, had a swift response and the correct item appeared very swiftly.(If only banks were as good at customer service as the Woodbridge Kitchen Co is!)
