We had such a positive experience at the Specsavers in Woodbridge. From the moment we arrived, the team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, and we never felt rushed. The eye test was thorough, and the optician was both knowledgeable and reassuring. We also received excellent help choosing frames, with great advice that suited both our needs and budget. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Overall its a good opticians but some of the staff can be blunt and not very informative of what was happening i wouldnt say there was anything bad at all but ive never been to a opticians before and the experience made me abit more nervous since I wasnt really told what was going on i did try to ask afew times but I wasnt heard or just ignored which I dont think I was since other questions where asked pretty well I would recommend this place unless you not the best at speaking with people otherwise its a great opticians
