Food & service really good .Only disappointing thing was a family with a young child screaming the whole time we were there , the parents didn?t know how to control the youngster , it was nearly 8 pm and probably ruined other diners meal also
This is not aimed at Prezzo but certain people need to respect others and the restaurants staff who probably all felt the same way .

very slow service, over an hour to get main meal. Then when we went to pay with cash, we were told it was a cashless restaurant, they point blank refused to take our cash, there is nowhere on their website that says this and there is no notice of this on arrival either, but i assume it was the manager that insisted that there was, i stood there and went through the whole webpage and there definitely isnt, but she wouldnt have it and still refused to take our cash, personally i think this appalling, especially as in resent weeks with the cyber attacks on well known stores!!!....so a note to management, get it put on your website and have a notice for this on arrival cause not everyone wants to use their cards!!!

Very expensive for very average food I'm afraid . No salad with lasagne and it's £16 !!

Me and my partner came in this evening for a meal, the food was absolutely lovely.

Had a lovely dinner with my partner - great pizzas and the calamari starter is always the best! Was served by Rebecca who was very attentive and friendly and made sure we had a great experience. The music and atmosphere is also very good, definitely recommend!
