Has been efficient with prescriptions and jabs in the past. NOW appalling with prescriptions inaccurate and today gave me a package for another patient, Inaccuracy is potentially a serious threat to health. Changing right now

gone down hill prescriptions never ready been waiting 8 days for insulin told twice its in van delivering to store been lied to twice about this .pharmacy wont release prescription to get somewhere else .have also been given 6 boxes of someone else's medication disgusting service !!!!!

Called up Tuesday by accident mistaking for the Doctors..have never received such a rude service in all my life. Thankfully I wasn't an elderly patient that had made the same mistake - with such an attitude in response for no reasoning whatsoever is a very low tier help to any patient in need, no matter what the query. Will be avoiding at all costs.

I visited your pharmacy for the first time this week. Unfortunately, my impressions were not good. The sales assistants were not attentive or friendly, and I had to wait a long time to pay. I am curious to know if this is the way things are ordinarily, or whether it was simply a ?freak? occurrence. As communication and hospitality seem not to be your top priority, my suggestion would be to install a self-service ?robot? in-store. In this way, no human need trouble themselves to serve the clientele.

This pharmacy has gone extremely downhill over the last 6 months! All the friendly and polite staff have left and it seems the place is constantly understaffed. Most of the staff that are there now are extremely rude especially the young blonde manager who spends more time talking to her colleague or friend shall I say than helping us shoppers! I have heard her being rude to some of her colleagues as well which the owners need to be made aware of as this young girl is no manager!! does she even know how to be a manager??AVOID THIS PLACE!! There are better and friendlier pharmacy?s in Woodbridge and I cannot see this pharmacy staying open for much longer.

Hard to get through on the phone when trying to get info on your much needed prescription. Decided to use Boots from now on.
