I was told twice that a quote would be sent over? that day? and when I rang a 3rd time having still not received it, I was met not with an apology but exasperated tones and irritation that I dared to ring to chase it. ??You rang on Saturday, you rang yesterday, and now you?re ringing today?. Also some jibe about using the employee?s time on Saturday on the phone rather than allowing her time to deal with customers in the shop (she?d told me there weren?t any in, and it took around 3 minutes for me to give measurements over).I?m sorry for wanting to send my business your way, but more so that I could have used my time better looking at other companies

Very good quality carpet (Cormar Primo Ultra) fitted to stairs , landing and bedrooms to a high standard. Karndean flooring laid to hallway. I highly recommend this excellent local carpet and flooring shop ?

We've had our bathroom flooring installed a year or so ago and it still looks as it was done yesterday. Rick and Debbie were super helpful in answering queries and very professional too. The young man who installed our flooring was very thorough and precise in their work. He was very informative too!If you want the best service, I highly recommend ICF and will not go anywhere else for flooring needs.

I can?t praise IC&F enough. From my first visit to their showroom Rick and Debbie were so helpful. And then on fitting day Terry and his colleague (sorry didn?t get his name) we?re absolutely first class, I had a small problem and Terry went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He was so helpful and very friendly and understanding, every company should have a Terry?Thank you everyone from IC&F, highly recommend them all, and would definitely go back for my flooring needs.
