Been a customer here for a few years but recently got scammed. I purchased two vents for an outside wall from the shop, wasnt sure if they would fit, i got told by a member of staff upon purchase if they do not fit then feel free to return them with your receipt. Unfortunately the items didn't fit after offering them up... read full comment
