Could do with a clean as is smells like stale milk. Toilets were also very smelly. No clean tables dispute there only evening a few taken. Coffee was same as any Costa. Shame about the rest.

Myself and my husband have been in the Woodbridge branch many times , and honestly there isn't any food or cakes left all empty , this is not the first time this has happened, it is always empty .

My experience with Woodbridge Costa is not good. The staff is rude and talk about you right in front of you. I once went in to order a drink and I couldn?t hear what the worker was asking me as it was quite loud in there. I politely asked what he said but I still couldn?t hear. I felt a bit embarrassed that I had to ask again but I kindly apologised that I couldn?t hear and asked them to repeat what he said. The worker then rolled his eyes and sighed very heavily in an annoyed manner. This did not help as I was already embarrassed that I couldn?t hear. I was only young at the time and felt quite offended. I apologised again but the worker showed no sympathy and sighed again. The worker was very rude and unprofessional. Another time I went in it was boiling hot and I was extremely thirsty so I asked for a cup of water. I was with my friends (they also asked for water) and as the staff were filling up our cups they said that we only wanted it for the Costa cup even though we just wanted water.They also said other bad stuff. I find it very unprofessional to talk about your customers right in front of them where they can hear. They were also rude.

Me and my friends were just going to get a cup of ice water as we didn't have enough money to buy a bottle of water and it was 27° so we were very hot. There were two people there working at the counter and when they filled up my cup they were saying to eachother that we were only getting it for the costa cups. I think it is very unprofessional, talking about your customers when they are still right there and can still hear you. Also they gave us these really small plastic cups instead which barley held any water in whereas the first time we went there they gave us it in a Costa cup. It was our second time getting water here.

My first visit to a costa coffee shop,very disappointed,coffee was only Luke warm and the tables were very unstable so had to wedge a spoon under to stop spillage,first and last visit to Costa?s I?m afraid ??

We visited Woodbridge Costa on 13/04/24 and were extremely shocked by the lady who served us.
I really politely asked for as much milk as possible in my takeaway tea.
She filled it to the very top and I again very politely and tentatively asked if it may leak with the lid on, as it was already spilling over the top.
I couldn?t believe the sarcastic and rude response that I received.
Her whole tone and body language were horrendous and we were made to feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We have always found the staff in Ipswich so friendly and helpful and we really hope that nobody else has to experience this awful behaviour.

Quick stop with grandchildren for a drink and snack before appointment. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Area clean and tidy.
