Visited today and the coffee was lovely. I agree with other reviews in that the atmosphere is great and the staff very friendly...HOWEVER...I do find it annoying that customers on laptops with no drink are 'hogging' all the best tables!

I absolutely love the renovation of the interior - more spacious and welcoming. I had the plant-based chicken arrabiata panini and it was delicious ?. I'll definitely have lunch there again ?

I have moved to Woodbridge fairly recently and Cafe Nero on the Thoroughfare has become one of my go to places. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the place is dog friendly (unlike some other coffee places in Woodbridge). The croissants and other items are always freshly baked and, surprisingly, really good. I quite often end up chatting to other customers, and it is just a nice place to spend some time at. Recommended.

Very friendly, great atmosphere. The Columbian blend coffee is excellent, and it's nice to have a choice. A good selection of pastries and cakes I always have a cake with my coffee ???

Have been going to Cafe Nero Loughton, Essex for 7 yrs to have a coffee only today told my small dog not allowed on my lap. She sits on my lap every time I go. Not touching furniture at all-totally disappointed. End of 7 yrs visit to Cafe Nero!

While staff chit chatting to one another and scrolling their phones perhaps ought to be restricted to time when there aren't customers waiting, the young team does a good job of providing the requested items in a timely manner. Usually one can find a seat easily enough. A handy spot to meet up in the middle of The Thoroughfare.
