ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS ISSUING PRESCRIPTIONS. My GP issued a prescription and more than 24 hours later they have the items in stock but refused to let me have the medicines. For more complicated elements it takes them days. I dont wish to ring another number. I wish to have a dialogue with the local manager who should explain why there are long delays experienced by many customers; looking at the tone of these reviews. We could all switch to local pharmacies who are much more friendly and helpful.

Is this the worst Boots in Britain?
I always dread going in.
Staff are rude and unhelpful, the pharmacy is the absolute worst part - seemingly deliberately unhelpful, certainly unsympathetic, sometimes even deny having a prescription on their system when I know for sure it?s there (of course, after some ?debate?, it is found?? oh, it?s just appeared?). I speak from experience over years.

Can confirm with the other reviews here that the pharmacy team have one of the worst customer skills ever. I went to buy a spray and I was looked at in a really odd way when I asked for the medication, and once I got the medication it wasn?t even the right price. I asked for a beauty discount card to get a discount and they just couldn?t be bothered to help me out. Couldn?t dispute the price because the attitude I got from Julie was appalling as well as her colleagues who decided it?d be great to have a laugh about getting a beauty card. I waited around 15 mins too before I even got served with the other customers
Worst experience I?ve had a pharmacy and I?d suggest avoiding them at all cost - if you?re ill go elsewhere, not to this circus of a shop. Please have a think Boots

After two experiences of using the Pharmacy I can safely say that one of the Pharmacy Team members is the most rude, abrupt and unfriendly employee I have ever encountered. I would strongly recommend finding another alternative for your pharmacy needs and give Boots Pharamacy?. ?The Boot!? All the best Benjamin x

Member of staff lacked customer service skills. There was no basic friendly greeting and the member of staff was irritated when I couldn't hear/understand what they were explaining. They seemed to be perfectly polite to the customer beforeSo they, must have, just not liked the look of me. Broke me a little.
