Lovely location in the pretty small market town of Wickham Market. Cosy indoor seating and also outdoor seating that's nicely screened from the street by a low wall and railings. Service was very friendly and only a short wait for food, which was nicely presented and very tasty (although I did just have a sandwich and pot of tea!). Perhaps a little pricier than I was expecting, but, overall, a lovely experience and I'll definitely go back.

Ordered cheese, redonion and salad sandwich, firstly they only had red onion Chutney which for a cafe not to have basic things like onion is not a great start , the cheese was like a cheap bag of grated cheese from the supermarket, asked for salad they gave none although I'm kinda glad they didn't as it was a packet bag of salad leaves , bread was extremely dry then they have the audacity to charge ridiculous prices , would definitely NOT recommend

We had a creative writing meet-up here recently and we all loved the drinks, food and the friendly welcome from our hosts.
The staff were so helpful and supportive of the Wild Words Suffolk project too.

Cute village cafe with inside/outside seating, plus sandwiches, toasties, breakfast dishes and nice-looking bakes I wished I'd had room to try. Nice people, and nice hot coffee too ????

My husband and I had breakfast here a couple of weeks ago. We visiting family in Wickham.
Cafe 46 is an absolute gem.
Lovely friendly atmosphere and spotlessly clean.The staff were very helpful and polite.
Breakfast was very tasty. Oh, and the coffee ?? was the best I?ve had in a long time. Thank you all so much, and we?ll see you next visit. x

My toddler and me on our daily walks and travels he always asks to go here for "cake" even though he doesn't eat all he chooses I had the best Victoria sponge ever tasted and the staff are always friendly and helpful and prices are affordable. The Victoria sponge though absolutely gorgeous ?
Kid-friendliness: My toddler is a little wild as toddlers are but he's been received very welcomely every time we've visited.

I regularly come to cafe 46 to meet friends for breakfast . Always great service, delicious food and drink and a lovely friendly atmosphere . Nothing is too much for Nicky and her team. We love it there .

My absolute favourite morning stop off (and sometimes afternoon - I always end up staying longer than planned!). The cafe is always full of happy voices and laughter, and the cheese scones are undoubtedly the best I?ve had (and I?ve sampled many!). Nicky and team, we love you!
