I am judging my score on value for money and expectation vs reality. I had steak (rib eye ). Very well cooked and decent sides. Garlic butter was decent. Wife had lasagne ( was decent) . Good value and exceeded expextation

Booked for a family of ten ages from 2 to 65, I booked by telephone as a large group we had to preorder starter and main course, the table was in the main restaurant area. Food as all came out at the same time by 3 serving staff, we all agreed it was delicious and the size of each meal was ample.
The restaurant was as full as I think it could be but with extra tables outside it's not ever going to refuse people.
The food was excellent, the staff were polite and attentive, the atmosphere was just how an English pud/restaurant should be.
Parking: There are two parts to parking, the one that is owned by The Maybush but it gets full quite fast but there's the second which has to be paid for.
