Been here quite a few times, 10 of us on more than one occasion. Today my husband went he had the steak pie and the steak was hard and black not nice...he didnt eat it and complained ..they took it away and were very apologetic. When the bill came they charged him for it, he queried it as he hadn't eaten it. The manager who was upstairs and wouldn't come down said he had to pay for the bit he had eaten...we won't be back and when 10 of us want to eat out again we won't be back to eat here. Horrible place

Good quality food, sensible portions. Friendly staff despite working in a very busy and hot environment.only 20 minutes away, don't why we have not been before.

Just coming to the end of a week's stay in norfolk and find ourselves back at the Swan for food. Staff are amazing, it's dog friendly and the food is fantastic. Tried other places but nothing came close.

Great clean rooms. Bathroom was nice and clean and well stocked with toilet roll, shower gel, soap, towels etc. The roo.s were neat today and clean with a working tv and comfy beds. We had dinner here and although the service was slower because they were busy the food was very good and was good value.
