Slowest pharmacy I've ever been in, my wife had a bad asthma attack and spoke to 111 and they sent a prescription to this chemist. She rang 20 mins before turning up and was told it would be ready and then when we arrived we had to wait a further 20 mins. Utter rubbish staff.

My 1yo daughter that has cerebral palsy, generalised multifocal epilepsy, dystonia and many other health conditions, needs her medication on a strict schedule to efficiently manage her symptoms and seizures. For multiple times we had to run to hospital because this pharmacy left to the very last minute to tell us that they were not able to secure stock to fulfill prescription, even thou they have reassured us meds would be ready for collection on time before hand.On the 31st July, GP has sent prescriptions and I followed up, on multiple occasions, via phone calls with pharmacy, when they informed me that they haven't received prescriptions and to contact GP. GP kept insisting they have sent prescriptions to this pharmacy. On the 8th August, I have contacted pharmacy again and same advice was given: contact GP. After contacting GP again I decided to pop by pharmacy on the 9th. Surprise, they had the prescriptions and meds were ready for collection, however although they have dispatched prescriptions out of their system some items were not given to me on collection so another call to the pharmacy was necessary to follow up on missing items and now I have to make another unnecessary trip to the pharmacy. Everytime I try to provide feedback on these issues and try to work out solutions with them they very politely tell me to pi** off and excuse themselves with how busy they're ?I've asked for a meeting with clinical lead/ manager and they've told me to pop by on Friday next week "if you want". I also advised that in the absence of sustainable solutions I might have to change pharmacy and their answer was "that's really up to you". Which really reflects their deeply concern with their patients/ customers. I'm out of words. 1 * because 0* is not available. When I first started using their services was all good and very friendly service, unfortunately after a while their service quality declined and keeps declining.

First class service. My little girl had been prescribed some antibiotics and the day before she was about to finish her course, I accidentally spilled whatever has been left in the bottle. It was Sunday afternoon. I made an online referral for prescription on the NHS 111 website but it wasn't accepted as it only deals with repeat prescriptions. I chose Tanner Street Pharmacy as it was the closest pharmacy open till 6pm on Sunday. I called them and the pharmacist was kind enough to contact NHS on my behalf and the medicine was sorted just before 6pm ensuring my little girl had enough to finish the course. I am very grateful for the service and the extra mile that the pharmacist had gone for us to help. Highly recommended and appreciated!

Lorraine, Renata and the pharmacist are absolutely brilliant. They are going beyond every time. My issues are being resolved immediately and my annoying phone calls are being answered with absolute kindness. Moving from boots pharmacy to tanner street one was the best decision I have made. I totally recommend it to all. The best pharmacy in norfolk.
