Best surgery I have ever been too, doctors actually listen and care about their patients .I have even had follow up calls out of the blue to see how I am. The reception team are very good as well. Had to edit this review a year later and say shipdham surgery are second to none, the receptionist are so friendly and helpful as well as the doctors, never ever had a problem with this practice ever. ?????

This surgery fully deserves its 5 stars , absolutely superb caring service .I have only just moved here and my address gave me 3 choices , listening to others experiences at other practices I am so pleased that I was able to book here . Dr Dooldeniya deserves a special mention, she has been excellent with my treatment and ongoing care .There is too much negativity towards the NHS when they should be commended for doing such a brilliant job during the current pandemic .

You can clearly see why Shipdham surgery has 5***** The Best Doctors I have ever used!Dr Dooldeniya is Truly Excellent! She treats you as an individual patient, taking the time to listen & understand your problem & her expertise realised an emergency instantly! The administration team is superb! Brenda has gone above & beyond to assist me in time of need. Being extremely conscientious, kind & courteous whilst under immense pressure with phones constantly ringing & queues of people Waiting (not always patiently)Well Done & Thank you to all members of this surgery. You could teach other Doctors surgeries how to do it so well.

This GP surgery is the best I?ve ever experienced. I felt like I was being listened to and I wasn?t rushed. Doctor Turner spent time explaining everything in detail so I got an education too! Outstanding level of service. Like the good old days. This surgery should be an example to others.
