Arrived at site at 2201hrs doors all locked wanted food and a hot drink as lorry driver. Spoke to male member of staff at till thorough cash Shute i said I wanted a hot drink only to be told ? not at his time night our machines are being cleaned? very unprofessional and rude. Good job McDonald?s are next door. Thought shell and Waitrose was a 24hr service. Would be better with helpful staff.
