Food was delicious but we had a 2 and 1/2 hr wait for the delivery! When ordering at 6.40pm we were told it would arrive between 7pm and 8.30pm? it arrived at 9.10pm!! Gone past the hungry stage. They shouldn?t promise a time if they can?t deliver and they shouldn?t take orders if they can?t stick to the times they have given.

Nobody ever seems to eat in here so no atmosphere. However, food is so good we travel 25 minutes each way just to get it from here!

Wow!!! Just had a set meal for two (B) food arrived on time a piping hot, and delicious I would highly recommend them, it?s nice to have a different option, think it?s safe to say we shall be using these guys again. ??
Before ordering please read my second experience.
Following my first experience whereby the service and food were great, I could not have expected any worse than I did the second time. It took 2 hrs to be delivered after calling twice, food arrived luke warm, the Manager was supposed to have called me back as I write this I still have received no communication.
This gives me an indication as to how important her customers really are. I will not be going back as I feel that the manager has not taken my complaint seriously enough and called me.

Bit of a longer wait than first said but was worth it.
AMAZING vegan and vegetarian options compared to any other Chinese in the area, and chap on the phone was super knowledgable and accommodating for a gluten free order.

Tons of vegan options, and all super delicious! Especially impressed with the vegan duck pancakes! Just like I remember before going vegan!
Dietary restrictions: Tons of vegan dishes and they adapted some non vegan dishes so we could have them (swapping out egg noodles for rice noodles and omitting the egg. For example!)

Before I start my review, this used to be a really good Chinese restaurant with good portions and nice atmosphere. Now to the review, we've spent over £60 on our recent order, which was 9 dishes, there was no prawn crackers, no fortune cookies, sauce missing for crab claws which always comes with it, no salad and lemon, which also comes with the crab claws, the food tastes good and is delicious, but not worth the money when there are other Chinese branches out there that care about the customers who spend this amount of money and actually treat customers well, also portions aren't worth the money, it's ridiculous. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I cannot explain what a hidden gem of a place and how much worth the drive to Wongs is!
The staff are polite, friendly and efficient.
The menu is extensive & caters for a variety of diets.
I'm a very picky vegetarian and I was so impressed with the food that I returned the next night and ordered double so that I could eat it for lunch and dinner for 3 days! I've never done that anywhere else, guys!
Well done, it's an outstanding setup! Without a shadow of a doubt I will be a repeat offender! ?? ? ??
Vegetarian options: The vegetable chow mein and garlic & pepper (chilli) tofu are extremely good.
There's a lot of quality mixed vegetables in the dishes.
There's a large mock meat selection as well as tofu and vegetable section.
Vegetarians are extremely well catered for.
Dietary restrictions: Various dietary restrictions were mentioned on the menu and were clearly marked with symbols from an easy to use key.

Great food. I wish we had more time to stop in the restaurant instead of take away. It was so good we all wanted seconds. Great choice and quality. The chicken chow mein especially. Not greasy and very tasty.
