Went to salon today, was greeted by receptionist with her mouth full of food, tried to apologise that's she couldnt speak because of the food!Took at seat and waited for my massage , the girl came down, who proceeded to ask the receptionist what she ordered and they discussed their lunch! Totally ignored me sitting there. My appointment was 1.00, its now 1.05 but They carried on discissing their lunch, then about about mascara and what is a good one!!!1.08 went for a massage, which was lovely , at 1.50 it was finished, so not a complete hour.No offer of water.Not very professional salon.

My daughter and I had a wonderful crystal clear back treatment performed by lovely Phoebe. It was for my daughter's 17th birthday and we both loved it. We highly recommend White Diamond Beauty Salon.

I would definitely not recommend this salon left my telephone number several weeks back for when new aesthetics lady started ,didn't hear anything back so went in shop couple days ago was told had a new lady jo from Stirling aesthetics so booked for Saturday 1pm, arrived for my appointment only to be told at 1.15 jo had not arrived, after many calls to jo she eventually called the shop saying she knew nothing about my appointment! If I could wait 45 minutes she would come to shop, the shop it self was cold, I obviously said no as was fed up being messed adout. Very unprofessional to say the least.
