I recently returned 3 boxes of unused tiles to the Sudbury branch. The tiles were purchased at the Braintree branch but Sudbury is our local store so I hoped to get the refund from there. Unfortunately I had lost the original receipt but James at the store was extremely helpful. He phoned the Braintree branch to obtain confirmation of the purchase and duly refunded us the money. We've had a few dealings with this store recently and have generally found the staff to be extremely professional and helpful, so I'm happy give my recommendation.
