Daisy at Toni and Guy Sudbury was brilliant. After a bad experience at another salon, I was wary of colouring my hair.
Daisy explained each step, coloured my hair beautifully and completely restored my confidence.

The salon is clean, tidy and warm - the staff welcoming. Georgia is a brilliant hairdresser and is the most I have ever visited a stylist. It has historically been a couple of visits to a salon, not getting what I really want and moving on. Then dreadlocks came for about 10 years, that got me out of hairdressing. Georgia has broken the cycle of bad experiences. I trust her totally with my hair ? - now have lost the locks and have all modern hair ??

I had Sydney cut my hair and she was very good and did exactly what i wanted the finished result was amazing and i think i will be coming back, the salon was nice and quiet and relaxing and it was a nice experience

Ten minutes waiting before I got a hair wash, my hair was cut dry before washed and was a lot lot shorter than what I asked for. Didn?t feel like I could say no to cutting my hair dry.

What a shambles. This is not a negative review on the staff or the standard of hairdressing because I never got that far. Couldn?t use the booking system as I was going to be a first time customer, no reply from the shop but got a call later from a London number on a call back. Appt. was made of course cancellation policy forcibly explained and email confirmation. Further email cancelling and moved time 5 min!! Further emails cancelling again going back to original time. Phone call on a Sunday!?! confirming appt. All of these along with texts demanded a confirmation response. To be honest felt like harassment and really annoying. Then a text at just past 7am cancelling requesting I call the shop, member of staff apparently was ill. Rather annoyed I did and they wanted me to rebook errrr I don?t think so. If this is the way potential customers are treated then no wonder the staff are ill, probably stress induced. Nonsense corporate procedure. Did I get a refund for late cancellation you bet I DID NOT.

Haircut was exactly what I wanted. Felt in good hands with a very experienced, skilled stylist (temporary manageress) sorry I forgot your name. I have rebooked too. Love my haircut!!
