Never answered the phone after 6 attempts on Friday afternoon, just to check prescription was ready for collection. The last time someone was going up to Tesco and I asked them to just see if my prescription was ready ( 3 full working days after ordering it) and they were told rudely, we hadnt waited long enough to collect. They begrudgingly gave them the prescription, but only half the items were in package. Always only get 1 item or half the prescription items when collected by a family member, who doesn't know what there should be. Another trip up there usually has to be made. Often items unavailable ( might not be their fault), but very frustrating and much needed medications. Only reason I still use them is because they are open longer than Superdrug. Everyone is at work during the day, so delivery is not suitable.

Rude and unhelpful person serving at the counter, more interested in talking to other members of staff, then dealing with customers, basically she could not have cared less, they need to educate the staff on customer relations.

Normally stuck waiting over 20mins to get my prescription longest has been 45mins but staff are nice.

Very rude and very nasty in a word. Pharmacist made a comment to me that I found totally unexceptable and disturbing. He predicted kidney failer omg for me. Disgusting in a word. I am processing his comment to the regulater. The pharmacist is not my doctor. Your pharmacy hopefully will have the licence removed totally disgusting my visit for prescription mess.

Disappointed with the last four visits over 4 months - prescription arrives days before I attend to collect - however it?s never ready and you always have to wait - I?m sure there?s a logical reason for this - but I?m not interested - I?ll collect my prescription elsewhere from now on - why would you arrange for something to be ready only to wait for it to be prepared

This pharmacy has some great staff, it is true. But on the whole my experience is that it consistently messed up my cancer medication 3 years ago and that was pretty grim. Recently, they have messed up my wife's medication. Delivering the prescription on a *Saturday*, Michel Abusubul complained that it was not actionable and would definitely contact West Suffolk Hospital for clarification. The prescription would be ready no later than *Tuesday*. By *Friday* I as worried as we are leaving the country and the flight will be painful without the prescription. Michel, in front of colleagues, said that he had contacted the hospital. Later, his *colleague* pharmacist Mr Oluseyi Adejolusi stated that he had no knowledge of any contact being made. West Suffolk Hospital confirm that no contact was made. So we've been on the phone for hours and back and forth to Tesco to resolve - admittedly a poorly written prescription - because of inaction and what appears to be untruths about that inaction.

I use this pharmacy a lot and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They are usually busy but the counter staff still have time for a smile and friendly service.
