Absolutely awful , my partner requested a Spicy Italian with BBQ Sauce and no red onions , and what did we receive? A Spicy Italian with red onions and MAYO which he is allergic to. Never ordering from here again. Disgusting.

On line order was incorrect. Attempted to phone them on three occasions and they did not answer the phone. Avoid ordering online from this branch, however we have never had this issue whilst ordering in store.

Delivery took so long the food was absolutely stone cold, bread was not toasted a was so cold it felt like it was part defrosted, ended up in the bin. Impossible to contact anyone so an expensive waste of money

Lovely friendly staff. Just a bit too hot in the restaurant, so I asked if the air con could be turned on and said they have told they aren't allowed. The staff looked really hot a bothered as well. I really felt for them.

I normally do not write any reviews but couldn't stop myself from praising this store. In all honesty, I am a subway BMT lover. I have tried other subway stores while driving my van during lunch time but this one has compelled me to write a review. Went during lunch time to have 4 sandwiches (also for my mates) - BMT, Vegan Patty and 2 Meatball subs. The guy welcomed me as soon as possible. I asked him for all 4 subs and he suggested putting extra cheese in the subs. I agreed. He made 4 sandwiches in less then 5 minutes. Perhaps, the fastest subway guy I have seen in my life. He made the 3 meat subs first and then changed his gloves to make the vegan patty sub. At the end, he wrote on all the sandwiches what was inside to avoid any confusion when opened . I made all of them meal deals with drinks. Then, he packed all the food very neatly in 2 paper bags - One for meat and one for vegan. He was very polite and very fast in his service. Store was clean and spotless. This is the best subway store I have seen in my life. Food 10/10, cleanliness 10/10 and service was beyond words. I wish all subway stores were like this. Will be recommending this store to all my mates.

customer service is top notch, food quality is top notch, the new decor is top notch, all the team members are friendly and fast in their job....what else can you ask for????? Also, special thumbs up for the guy who made my salad bowl, very knowledgeable with all the food items.

Often go in here for a treat at the weekends. Always great service, friendly staff and delicious food. Always an incredibly nice experience.

After a 'false review' reply by the owner, I thought I'd share a little about my experience -I have been a regular for a while now, and only chose to rate them today as I was prompted to by my Google maps app.I have them a 2 star rating overall due to having ordered the exact same thing on every visit but being regularly upchargedI order a subway melt but get charged for a turkey breast and ham + bacon which is more expensive, I assumed this was as the item was no longer available and they were trying to accommodate me. As my receipt shows from today as I was served by someone new I was charged for a subway melt which was cheaper than all my previous visits,I have personally watched the owner mix fresh and spoilt food in the same container instead of swapping them out as they are meant to.Hence the 2 star rating for you Andy, Sorry, but not a false review. Just a disappointed customer.
