I travelled to this store (our local one didn't stock the items I needed) for a 'click and collect' order. Staff were quick to retrieve the order, once I arrived. The assistant who handed over my order was really helpful - he even carried the heavier items to my car. A very positive and easy transaction.

The fact you can take the dogs in to have a little browse, is brilliant. Plus, i love the offers they have on the app. The staff at our local one are extremely helpful and attentive.

Some friends and our little girls went to the pet pals workshop in the Sudbury store yesterday. Jackie was so kind, patient and knowledgeable with us all. The children really had a lovely time!! I personally loved having a cuddle with one of the boy guinea pigs! Such a lovely idea, and free! We are very grateful for the experience!!! Thank you, and special thanks to Jackie! ??????
